"I have been insured with State Farm since a teenager through my parents and continued with my own coverage with the company throughout my adult years. So for almost 30 years, I have utilized this company & their products & this particular agent almost ruined that track record & relationship. Very poor customer service & impersonal customer relationship. I would not recommend anyone to utilize this particular State Farm representative. 👎🏿👎🏿"

"literally the worst insurance experience I ever had. Unfortunately work out of town and requested on 5 separate occasions to have insurance cards mailed to me via phone and email communications. Never Recieved despite giving them correct mailing address every time. weird how they can definitely get a cancelation notice mailed to the right address but insurance cards that's another matter. furthermore, when you call you have sarcastic girls that talk over you and won't you let u get a word in. and when you do speak up for yourself they hang up on you. If this has caused you to lose one customer based off my accurate experience then I have done well."
